This is Lillet Blan from the game GrimGrimoire. I was actually aiming to draw her with Bartido Ballentyne... but I got lazy. x3
Buy this game and play it... It's really awesome especially if you're the type of person who likes LOOOOOONG battles. It's a strategy-based game so it might take a while to finish ONE battle.

Yes I know, the coloring sucks but I liked the end product of it so I decided to scan it (This is the first time that I colored decently with colored pencils *tears of joy*) And the fairy besides her looks high. xDD
Fixed it in Photoshop Cs2.
